ABOUT COURSE


Julia Tung is a well-known Taiwanese Yoga instructor, having been coaching Yoga classes for many
years in Taiwan and Vancouver. Hatha Yoga is suitable for everyone and helps you to access an
inner strength. The gentle stretching, twisting and bending increases the flexibility of joints and
muscles of the body to improve the body shape. Through deep breathing, meditation and enhanced
relaxation it relieves tension and stress and maximizes physical endurance and mental strength, i.e.:
improve sleeping, beautify body figure. It is a whole body exercise and can be practiced even in an
office chair. Everyone could do Yoga and there are many benefits.
