ABOUT COURSE
Tai Chi is one of the representations of internal martial arts in China. It emphasizes on “movements amidst stillness, and stillness in movements.” Tai Chi’s movements are famous for being pretty, flexible, light, natural, in sequence, well organized, and also soft. While it exercises the whole body, it is not a strenuous exercise because the body is kept in a relaxed state at all times. Tai Chi gives you a feeling of inner while you are doing the form. It is easy to learn and well suited for all ages.
