Senior Chair Yoga Class Details



ABOUT COURSE

 

Julia Tung is a well-known Taiwanese Yoga instructor, having been coaching Yoga classes for many  years in Taiwan and Vancouver. Senior Chair Yoga is suitable for seniors. The population of  

seniors is increased rapidly, so the physical and mental health of seniors was highly valued. RCCS  arranged this course is especially for seniors. 

Stretching with chair is gentle, relaxing and slow. It promotes blood circulation in the whole body,  enhances muscle endurance, improves balance and flexibility, activates brain, helps memory,  improves sleep......, seniors will be healthier and happier after doing Yoga!
