Richmond Summer Art and Cultural Festival

This year marks Canada¡¦s 150th anniversary of Confederation. This is a time to celebrate the heritage passed down to us through the works of our authors, poets, artists and performers. Richmond Chinese Community Society (RCCS) is hosting the Richmond Summer Art and Cultural Festival on Saturday, July 29th, 2017 at Lansdowne Centre to celebrate Canada¡¦s 150th birthday and to promote cross-cultural understanding. Opening ceremony is at 12:30pm. This celebration will include a variety of multicultural stage performances, such as Lion Dance, Classical Indian Dance and Japanese Taiko Drumming. There will be indoor booths showcasing different community groups and an outdoor Art Exhibition by Lansdowne Skytrain Plaza, showcasing artwork and talent of many artists. RCCS welcomes you and your family to come and celebrate with us at this free event!
